Sealer Solvent 399
Solvent 399 is a general purpose xylene based solvent, designed to be used with the full range of Base Coatings Solvent-based Sealers, to improve working time, aid in penetration of the sealers into the substrate and improve adhesion when re-coating.
Solvent 399 may also be used to repair damage to sealers by removing visible scratches and imperfections.

Description
Warning – flammable liquid – keep away from any sources of ignition
Directions
Add between 10% and 20% solvent (dependent upon surface and prevailing conditions) to first coat of sealer and stir well.
To remove scratches from sealed areas apply to rag and rub affected area well.
